Trio of research centres mark new era for Humanities at Dundee

Three new research centres will be launched this week as part of an exciting new era for the Humanities at University of Dundee. The University’s School of Humanities has established the Scottish Centre for Global History, Scottish Centre for Continental Philosophy and Centre for Scottish Culture following a re-focusing of staff recruitment to concentrate on areas of strength within Humanities research at Dundee. Former Kuwaiti health minister to give first international horizons lecture at Dundee

Dr Hilal Al-Sayer, Kuwait’s former Minister for Health, will give the first International Horizons lecture at the University of Dundee’s College of Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing on Wednesday March 19th. Dundee University Students' Association organises Scotland's largest St Patrick's Day Party

The award winning Dundee University Students’ Association (DUSA) can now add another accolade to the list of awards it has received over the last three years. With St Patrick’s Day falling on a Monday this year, DUSA has found itself hosting Scotland’s biggest St Patrick’s party at The Union today.
