Sea's role in city regeneration to be explored

The role that Dundee's historic relationship with the sea is playing in the city's regeneration will be explored during a series of lectures taking place at the University of Dundee next week. The talks take place at the University's Matthew Building on Tuesday, 4th March. The event comprises three lectures designed to bring together students, practitioners and the general public around the management of our marine and maritime resources. 'War Horse' screening to aid learning of pupils and students

Pupils from two Fife primary schools will next week visit the University of Dundee for an engagement event hosted by the Education, English and History programmes. The pupils from Torbain Primary School in Kirkcaldy and Balmullo Primary will travel to Dundee for the event on Tuesday, 4th March. Knee pain research extended to fife

Volunteers sought for study A research study about knee arthritis has now been extended to the kingdom of Fife. Older people living with knee pain and osteoarthritis are being asked to join a research study hoping to find a safer treatment for reducing pain and improving quality of life. Rotary offer £1000 boost to Dundee women's aid 40th anniversary

Students contribute to GIDE to feeding the planet

Interior Environmental Design students from the University of Dundee will next week travel to Belgium to take part in an international symposium exploring design, urbanism and sustainability and how the three can combine to feed the planet.
