Free guided tour of ‘Time/Tide - Moments from Places’ exhibition
Artist Robert McGilvray will this week give a free, informal guided tour of his exhibition ‘Time/Tide: Moments from Places’, which is currently showing in the Tower Foyer Gallery at the University of Dundee. The exhibition features a striking series of paintings inspired by the Tay estuary and other Scottish landscapes. ‘Time/Tide: Moments from Places’ features recent work by the artist, who will be welcoming visitors to the exhibition at 1pm on Wednesday, 10th December. The University of Dundee will welcome school pupils from across Fife and Perthshire to present their work on the Great War at a special event on Monday December 8th, in doing so demonstrating how academics and students can learn from our youngsters. Dundee’s urban regeneration is the subject of a new art exhibition that will open in Hungarian capital Budapest tomorrow, Thursday, December 4th. University launches new European Institute for Security and Justice
