DJCAD lecturer highlighted as one of Scotland’s top emerging tech entrepreneurs
A nanotechnology firm formed by a lecturer from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design (DJCAD) has been named as one of Scotland’s most innovative spin-out companies. Wild Angus fundraisers boost for Ninewells Cancer Campaign
Walking pals 'Wild Angus' have celebrated the climax of a year's fundraising by handing over a cheque for £14,125 plus £2,965 worth of Gift Aid to Ninewells Cancer Campaign. This far surpassed their target of £10,000 and places 'Wild Angus' top of the fundraising league for the University of Dundee's registered cancer research charity. Starry sponsorship deal for School of Business
The University of Dundee’s School of Business will help bring an extra Star to the city after signing an innovative sponsorship deal with the local ice hockey team Dundee CCS Stars. Knee pain arthritis study wheels out door-to-door service
A research study into knee arthritis is looking for volunteers in Dundee, Fife and Angus. Older people living with knee pain and osteoarthritis are being asked to join a research study hoping to find a safer treatment for reducing pain and improving quality of life. To make it as easy as possible to take part, volunteers are being offered a door-to-door taxi service.
