Researchers at the University of Dundee have developed hugely powerful new microscopy techniques which can fully visualise a key stage in the development of embryos for the first time. Determining the mechanisms behind the early development of embryos is key to understanding the causes of many birth defects as well as disease in later life. Dundee’s student experience top in Scotland once again
The University of Dundee has been recognised as offering the best student experience in Scotland for the sixth year in succession, according to the latest Times Higher Education (THE) Student Experience Survey. Dundee was rated first in the UK for centralised/convenient facilities and cheap shop/bar/amenities, and second for good students’ union. JOOT take Everyman on tour
The University of Dundee’s JOOT Theatre Company will take their production of Everyman to Fife and Perthshire this month. The company will be performing on the main stage at the Byre Theatre in St Andrews on Saturday, 11th April as part of the On the Rocks Theatre Festival. They will repeat the performance in the Chapel of The Library of Innerpeffray, Crieff, on Saturday, 25th April. ‘Mitigating Circumstances’ team animated by top industry award nomination
A group of University of Dundee graduates have been nominated for one of the premier awards for emerging filmmaking talent in Scotland.
