Ramsay and Berry to Bake Off for Dundee Botanic Garden
Gordon Ramsay and Mary Berry are set to go head to head later this month at a special bake-off designed to raise money for Dundee’s Botanic Garden. The contestants are, however, not the well-known stars of culinary television but rather employees of the University of Dundee who decided to host the fundraiser by stepping into roles more commonly associated with their famous namesakes. PAMIS awarded £5000 by Alliance Trust Foundation
University of Dundee-based charity PAMIS have received £5000 from the Alliance Trust Foundation for a project to work with young families across Tayside who have recently received a diagnosis of profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). The Foundation is run by a committee of Alliance Trust employees from across the business. It aims to engage staff through various initiatives and events to raise money for a select number of charities during the year. Industry giants to visit Dundee Comics Creative Space during Literary Festival
Giants from the comics industry will visit Dundee next week for a sneak preview of a new studio aiming to produce the next generation of superstar artists and writers. Public invited to Make:Shift:Do at Duncan of Jordanstone
