Honours for Dundee academics

The work of academics from the University of Dundee has been recognised in the New Year's Honours list. Chris Whatley, Professor of Scottish History and former Vice-Principal of the University of Dundee, was honoured for his services to Scottish history education, while Dilip Nathwani, Honorary Professor of Infection, was honoured for his services to the treatment of infectious diseases.
