Staff travel discount

Local bus company Travel Dundee has expressed an interest in offering a discount on their yearly travel pass to University of Dundee staff. The cost of taking two journeys each day between Monday and Friday over 48 weeks of the year is £528. To encourage more staff to use the bus to travel to and from campus, Travel Dundee is prepared to offer the yearly pass for £360 - a 32% discount on the full cost. This would be the cheapest adult ticket price available from the company and would only be offered to University staff.

The cost of the yearly pass would be spread across 10 monthly payments, which would be deducted directly from an individual's salary each month.
