Two DJCAD Fine Art graduates proved their artistic skills in a recent competition run in conjunction with DJCAD and the Crown Estate.
The Crown Estate is a diverse portfolio of assets that reflects the UK’s heritage. The competition set recent graduates the challenge of creating art that reflects its nature.
Laura Antebi and Yazmine Majumdar won cheques for £1000 each plus the chance to have their work displayed in the new Crown Office in Bells Brae, Edinburgh. Both artists impressed the judges, Laura with her sculpture of a leaping salmon and Yazmine with two oil paintings depicting seascapes
