The national body Fitness Scotland brought a host of top UK fitness presenters to the institute of sport and exercise on 26 and 27 October when nearly 100 fitness instructors and enthusiasts from around Scotland attended the high-energy autumn action weekend.
The aim of the weekend was to provide a fun event and to enable instructors to keep abreast of new developments in fitness.
As well as familiar UK presenters covering both practical and theoretical topics, Osla Dougal and Hazel Bell from the institute of sport and exercise presented on the specialist areas of circuit training and children's fitness.
British international athlete Christina Boxer was also a guest speaker, highlighting the jogscotland campaign - a national programme which has been set up to encourage Scots to team up with friends and start light jogging exercise.
