A City with the First Snow by Douglas Gray

'A City with the First Snow' by Douglas Gray, 1969

The paintings, prints, photographs and sculptures in this exhibition all come from the Museum Collections of the University of Dundee, but each one has some connection with the Kingdom of Fife. Many are by artists born or living in Fife, from famous names like David Wilkie and Noel Paton to recent graduates from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design. Others are views of the area - some realistic, others more abstract in style.

The exhibition includes work by Neil Dallas Brown, James Duff, David Foggie, William Gillies, Douglas Gray, Jan Hendry, John Houston, David Mach, Angus McEwan, the McKenzie Sisters, Will Maclean, Alexander Moffat, Jack Morrocco, June Redfern, Pernille Spence, Fred Stiven and many more.
