Graeme Stevenson, the University of Dundee’s Music Co-ordinator said, "This concert kicks off an exciting series of musical events. We are looking at new ways of making classical music more accessible. For instance, we’re actively encouraging local schools to get involved with acts such as Travelling By Tuba and Recorder Rave scheduled for later in the academic session.
This series - with concession tickets available for many - will no doubt see even more people enjoying and appreciating music."
