Fundraisers for The Institute of Cardiovascular Research (TICR) at the University of Dundee, pitched in and tackled the world famous rugby team - the Babarians at Gleneagles Hotel today.
Chairman of the fundraising committee Robert McLaren:"You could say it was a good try. The team happened to be at Gleneagles when we were meeting with sponsors Scottish Amicable who are helping the TICR appeal. It was an honour to meet them and tell them about the superb work being done at the University to help tackle Scotland's biggest health problem. These players showed they were all heart - not just muscle."
The team posed for pictures with Robert McLaren, and TICR committee members Mike Cowman and Caroline Harvie./ends
