Olympic champion to congratulate University's top sporting achievers

Winners of the University of Dundee's best sports club of the year and most progressive sports club of the year awards will be announced on Saturday 20th at the University's annual Blues and Colours awards ball at the Apex hotel.

The two clubs will be joined by the other Blues and Colours winners who received their awards at the official ceremony on Thursday 18th. The awards recognise the University's outstanding sporting achievers.

All winners will be congratulated by Rhona Martin MBE, the Olympic gold medal curling champion who is a guest speaker at the ball, to be held in Dundee's Apex hotel.

A champagne reception will commence at 6.30pm, with dinner and dancing to follow.
