Photo opportunity 12 noon, Friday 14 March, Dundee University Students' Association, Balfour Street, Dundee.
Pupils from Viewforth High School in Kirkcaldy will visit the University of Dundee tomorrow to sample student life and get an insight into studying for a degree.
Nearly 50 second year pupils will spend a day with undergraduate students on campus attending lectures, having lunch in the Students' Union and touring campus to see what's on offer. Dr Keith Skene from the Faculty of Life Sciences will give the pupils a taste of a real lecture and set them tasks in groups to encourage their team work skills.
The initiative has been organised by the University's Wider Access Study Centre - hailed as a model of best practice for wider access in the UK.
