The University's new Virtual Learning Environment, Blackboard, has already delivered over 100,000 page views.
Blackboard was implemented ahead of schedule in December and went live for courses in January. It already has 600 students and 125 staff enrolled.
Rob Watt, Convener of C&IT in Learning and Teaching, said "The VLE is already a success and is set for further rapid growth. A high-quality system is in place with plenty of capacity for the future, and the VLE team are ready and willing to help new users get started now."
Blackboard is not just for teaching, but for anyone with a group activity who wants to exchange ideas and material.
