Themes of spirituality, faith and religion are explored in a new exhibition at the University of Dundee's Duncan of Jordanstone Faculty of Art and Design..

Earthly Paradise features the contemporary work of staff, students and other local artists, including that of lecturer in Fine Art Graham Fagan who spent time in war-torn Kosovo in 1999 to complete a commission for the Imperial War Museum.

Themes explored include "the search for meaning" and "visions of the world to come".

A selection of paintings, artefacts and prints from the University's museum collections is also featured.

Curated by George Mustakas from the Ceramics department and Graeme Roger from Sculpture, the exhibition opens at the Cooper Gallery, Duncan of Jordanstone on Saturday March 2 and runs until March 29.
