Duncan of Jordanstone's final year students from the department of jewellery and metalwork will be displaying their unique designs to a local jeweller who will select this year's Rattray Prize winner.
Mr Andrew Kay director of Rattray & Co Jewellers (Ltd) in Dundee will be given the difficult task of picking one winner out of the eleven students displaying their final year degree work for the annual Rattray Prize worth £150.
Mr Roger Morris, course director, said: " The students have worked hard all year to create imaginative jewellery and this is a great opportunity and boost for them to show their creations to a well established jeweller."
The students, who come from all over the United Kingdom, will participate in this year's annual degree show taking place from 16 - 23 June at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design.
