Nearly forty staff at the University of Dundee will take part in a re-activate sports sessions tonight to help them kick start their New Year's resolutions to an active life.
In the Institute of Sport and Exercise on University campus, the staff will participate in tasters of many different sports including netball, volleyball and badminton.
Leading the session is the Assistant Director of the Institute of Sport and Exercise Paul McPate who explains: "The Active Resolutions evening provides an opportunity for University staff to address their own wellbeing and New Year resolutions in an informal, fun environment. Both the physical and social aspects of the evening are important, particularly for those who might find sports participation intimidating. Following New Year, resolutions for a healthier lifestyle needn't be a chore and the evening is designed to ensure that fun remains central to sport and physical activity."
