The University of Dundee is delighted to announce the appointment of Graham McKee as Director
of Strategic Planning. Graham, currently Senior Director of Operations at Scottish Enterprise,
will take up the new post on September 1st.
His role will be to assist in the growth and development of the University locally, nationally and
internationally. Mr McKee will work closely with the Principal and senior staff to help position
the organisation in an increasingly global and competitive marketplace where strong partnerships
are essential to access new sources of ideas, money and talent.
Sir Alan Langlands, Principal of the University of Dundee, commented:
"Graham McKee's experience and skills will greatly strengthen our senior team as we set out even
more ambitious plans for the future. He will assist us in deepening our links with key partners
both within and outwith the education sector. I and my colleagues very much look forward to
working with Graham as we build on our recent successes in teaching, research and
commercialisation".
Graham McKee said "I am delighted to be joining the University of Dundee. Through my work with
Scottish Enterprise I have developed the highest regard for the University as an asset for Tayside
and Scotland in teaching, research and economic development. I look forward greatly to making a
contribution to this continued success."
