Bonar Hall - Royal visit

Photo opportunity:Thursday 11 April 7.10pm for 7.20pm Bonar Hall when HRH The Earl of Wessex and HRH The Countess of Wessex will arrive for NYOS concert.

His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex and Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex are to attend a concert in the University of Dundee's Bonar Hall tomorrow (Thursday 11 April) by the National Youth Orchestras of Scotland.

The royal couple will be welcomed to the University by Vice Principal Professor David Swinfen who will attend with his wife Dr Ann Swinfen.

The concert, by Camerata Scotland, the pre-professional chamber orchestra of the NYOS, is part of a spring tour which starts in Aberdeen on Wednesday 10 and continues from Dundee to Glasgow and Fort William. While in Dundee the orchestra will play music by Beethoven, Honnegar and Brahms. The concert will be followed by a reception for guests in the upper foyer.

HRH the Earl of Wessex is patron of the NYOS.
