Robert said, "We are extremely grateful to Reeves and Neylan and all members of the 22 teams who took part in the quiz night for helping TICR in reaching its target of £3.5 million."

Note to Editors:
The Institute of Cardiovascular Research has been established in Dundee
to create a centre of excellence with the aim of helping to beat heart and
vascular disease. Research is ongoing but £3.5 million is required to
successfully establish a research centre, the building of which is
expected to begin at the University Medical School's Ninewells campus in around 2
years.
Major commitments have already been made from the University of Dundee (£240K) and Scottish Enterprise Tayside (£200K)
The campaign has been running for a year and more than £1/2 million has so far been raised.
