DUSA Elections for 2012-13 - The Results

Dundee University Students Association has completed elections for 2012-13. The post-holders for the academic year are:

Student Executive

• Vice President Student Activities - Anna Dimitrova
• Vice President Student Welfare - Sarah Getgood
• Vice President Engagement - Andrew Jardine
• Honorary Secretary - Iain MacKinnon
• Independent Court Member - Julie McGovern

DUSA Media Managers

• Magdalen Editor - Melina Nicolaides
• DUSA TV Manager - Magdalena Pentcheva
• Discover Radio Manager - Andrew Michie

School Presidents

• Humanities - Daniel Williams
• Law - Alan MacPherson
• Computing - Heather Ellis
• Duncan of Jordanstone - Amy Waldron
• Engineering, Physics and Maths - Sabah Kashmoola
• Life Sciences - Joe Holmes
• Psychology - Karl Smith Byrne
• Psychology Vice President - Scott Keillor

Four school president positions (Medicine, Graduate Medicine Dentistry and Nursing, Environment, Business) had no nominations for position of President. The School of Nursing voted to Re-Open Nominations as opposed to electing their sole candidate, so in total five school president roles are vacant.

These will be elected this coming September in the next Student Representative Council (SRC) elections.
