Robin Pilcher to lead latest Literary Salon

Local author Robin Pilcher will be reading from his new book, A Matter of Trust, at a free event tomorrow night.

He's appearing at the latest instalment in the University of Dundee's Literary Salon series, which brings authors, agents and publishers to the city to discuss their work.

Robin, the son of Rosamunde Pilcher, is author of several novels and founder of Shortbread Stories, a website offering free short stories in text and audio. He'll be reading from his book and discussing his writing life and the website.

Anna Day, Director of Literary Dundee said, 'Robin is a fantastic author and this should be a great event. It will be a treat to hear him read from this brilliant new book and everyone is welcome to come and listen, ask questions and enjoy a glass of wine.

The event takes place at the Dundee Contemporary Arts from 5pm until 7pm on Thursday, May 13th. Tickets are free and available on the night from the DCA.

More information can be obtained by calling Anna Day on 01382 384413.
