Students get 'green' introduction

New students at the University of Dundee will get a guide to all things 'green' as part of the annual Freshers' Fair tomorrow (Saturday Sept 20th).

The 'On The Green' event on the new campus green in Balfour Place will see students offered advice on how they can lead an environmentally friendly life on campus.

'We want to help our new students as much as possible in identifying how they can be energy-efficient and environmentally friendly,' said Trudy Cunningham, Environment and Sustainability Officer at the University.

'On The Green' will include stalls from local environmental organisations. The event runs from noon to 4 pm.
