Students at the School of Life Sciences Learning & Teaching, University of Dundee who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance will be formally congratulated for their work at the prize-giving ceremony being held on Friday 14th November. A new prize this year honours the memory and achievements of Ali Knox, who was an inspiration to staff and students during his time as a Life Sciences student.
This annual event celebrates the remarkable accomplishments of students during the last academic year. Tamara McNicol is notable amongst even this high-flying group for winning seven prizes this year in addition to her two from last year.
The Dean of the School of Learning and Teaching, Dr Jim Elliott said, 'Once again we are proud to celebrate the substantial achievements of our students, who represent the most accomplished young minds Dundee has to offer.'
