Mr John Hall, Director of Architecture at NCR will present prizes to over thirty students from the University of Dundee's School of Computing commending their exceptional performance over the last academic year at the 2006 prize giving.

The prizes will be awarded at 11.00am, in the Wolfson Theatre in the Queen Mother Building, on Wednesday 20th September.

Dr. Peter Gregor, Dean of the School of Computing said, "We have enjoyed another excellent year, reflected by the success of students like Daniel MacDonald and Peter Watson being shortlisted for national awards."

"Over the past decade we have scored consistent successes with our students winning national computing awards: it is a terrific recognition of the quality of degree we provide and a great incentive for new students."
