The 2007 Distinguished Lecture
The Division of Plant Sciences in association with the Scottish Crop Research Institute is delighted to welcome David Baulcombe FRS to give the 2007 Distinguished Lecture.
Professor Baulcombe, an eminent researcher in the field of Plant Sciences is particularly known for his work on an anti-viral mechanism known as RNA silencing, the applications of which include crop improvement technologies and which he is currently investigating as a potential disease therapy.
The Distinguished Lecture will take place on Wednesday 5 December 2007, in the Small Lecture Theatre in the Medical Sciences Institute at the University of Dundee, and will be followed by a dinner to honour Prof. Baulcombe's work.
