Christmas boxes for refugees
The request for Christmas gift boxes for children in hospitals, orphanages, refugee camps and homeless
shelters was met with a great response from staff and students across the University.
Theresa Sandeman from the Law library, who organised the collection, will be handing over around 70 boxes
to Kinloch Primary School, from where they will be delivered to the charity Samaritan's Purse for
distribution all over the world.
Commenting on the response from staff, Theresa said, "I am overwhelmed by the generosity of the staff and
students at Dundee University. As I will not be able to thank everyone personally, I would like to take
the opportunity now to say a big thank you and well done."
