The reputation of the university’s life sciences graduates has spread to Singapore. Contact Singapore, the global agency representing business in Singapore, is to bring a delegation of senior representatives from Singapore’s burgeoning bio-tech industry to Dundee. Dundee is the only Scottish university to be visited by the Contact Singapore delegation which is also visiting University of Cambridge, UCL and Imperial.
The delegation, led by Director of Contact Singapore, Linda de Mello, will give a presentation on job opportunities and life in Singapore in the Wellcome Trust Bio-Centre in the MS1 small lecture theatre at 5pm on 31 March. This will be followed by buffet and drinks reception in the cafeteria on 4th floor of Wellcome Trust biocentre.
Life sciences post-doctoral fellows and final year Ph.D students are invited to the briefing and first round interviews may take place on the evening. The session is due to finish at about 7pm.
