Eating in DUSA
by Trevor SanFollowing last year's successful "While the mice are away the cats can play!" campaign DUSA are once again inviting University staff to take full advantage of the students' association's facilities in the more serene environment of the Easter vacation.
As part of DUSA's strategy of catering the for the whole campus population, the students' association changes aspects of its operation to specifically cater for University staff over the vacation periods. The union shop, the college shop and Tav bar now remain open as usual. However probably the most successful of these ventures has been the Tav bar lunches, which by the end of the Easter vacation were daily attracting 120 diners.
The restructuring of DUSA's Catering Department over the last six months has realised further improvements in the quality of the catering and the students' association now offers a standard of product comparable to any of Dundee's pubs. In fact DUSA is so confident that its combination of good catering and "student" prices budget gives an unbeatable product, that it will not charge if customers have a valid complaint.
