Woodcuts

An exhibition of woodcuts by the McKenzie sisters and their students is open at the Botanic Garden until 18 October. Winifred and Alison McKenzie taught the first course in wood engraving at Dundee Art College just after the war. Their work is highly distinctive and reveals the extraordinary power of woodcut images.
