Change in director at Energy Law centre

Dr Philip Andrews-Speed is to succeed Professor Thomas Walde as executive director of the centre for energy, petroleum and mineral law and policy. Professor Walde will continue to serve as professor of international economic, energy and natural resources law in CEPMLP.
