This print is based on a skull of a Koala bear from the D'Arcy Thompson Zoology Museum. The image was created using a 3D software package – I placed the skull on a calibrated turntable and photographed it as it was rotated. The software then builds a 3D model from this information.  A wireframe drawing of the skull produced from this data was then translated into print using photo lithography.
