Mapping the Future: Public Art in Scotland Events Series

A series of events composed of interdisciplinary talks, artist talks and an artist led public action, to take place in Centrespace and in the city. The events series is part of the Symposium 'Mapping the Future: Public Art in Scotland', VRC and Meeting Room, DCA, 5& 6, 12&13 & 19&20 October) and will start in the last week of September.

Lorens Holm – Tracing the Real field of architecture
Lorens Holm, Reader in Architecture at the University of Dundee, presents a multi media installation about how a space is defined through the continuous confrontation with the materiality of experience.



Nina Chua – Ball Trail, Dundee (artist-led foray)
8 October, 11am (meet at Centrespace, VRC)

Followed by...Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 October, 10.30am - 4pm
An installation of documentation from Nina Chua's action within the city of Dundee.The artist will led a foray into a series of spaces around the town of Dundee as an exploration of an unknown city through recommended routes from contributors.
