New University alumni group launch

Photo opportunity: 5.50pm, Tuesday 25 May, Bonar Hall, University of Dundee, Park Place, Dundee

Over 150 people who studied at the University of Dundee will attend the launch of the Dundee University Local Alumni Club (DULA) launch on 25 May. The guests will have the chance to meet BBC radio and television presenter, graduate and outgoing Rector of the University, Fred MacAulay who is attending the drinks reception.

Established by a group of local graduates, DULA will offer graduates and those who studied at the University for a year or more the opportunity to get back in touch with the University, meet old friends and acquaintances and take part in a number of organised events. University Principal, Sir Alan Langlands and Lord Provost of Dundee, John Letford will also be there to welcome previous students.

The doors open at 5.30pm for a 6.00pm start and previous students of all ages who live in the Dundee area have been invited to attend. For further information on the event contact Alumni Relations on 01382 344822 or email alumni@dundee.ac.uk.
