Health minister tours healthcare project
Public Health Minister Shona Robison yesterday toured a new healthcare project at Tayside Police headquarters in Dundee. Tayside police launched a three-year pilot project in January, in partnership with NHS Tayside and Dundee University, to improve treatment services for people in custody.

Scientists at Dundee University have made a major breakthrough that could lead to more effective cancer treatment and prevention. A team led by Dr John Rouse, of the protein phosphorylation unit, has identified a set of proteins that repair damaged DNA.
