Researchers needed to discover how we walk

Researchers at the University of Dundee are looking for volunteers to help them discover how we walk!

The Institute of Motion Analysis and Research are running ten different programmes to analyse the way people move their lower limbs and need people to help with their research. The participants will take part in a variety of gentle exercise, including walking up and down a track and moving your ankle on a special machine. It will only take a maximum of an hour.

The researchers are looking for anyone who has not had lower limb surgery, between the ages of 18 - 65 who has an hour of time to spare. Travel costs will be reimbursed and you’ll be refreshed with tea and coffee.

All research projects have gained ethical approval from the University of Dundee and any information gathered will be treated in the strictest confidence.
