National Trust Chief ventures `To the heart of Scotland'

Saturday Evening Lecture Series - Shonaig MacPherson - Saturday March 24th

Shonaig MacPherson, Executive Chairman of the National Trust For Scotland, will explore the rich sights and cultural delights of the Scottish nation when she delivers the Saturday Evening Lecture at the University of Dundee tomorrow (March 24th).

As the head of one of Scotland's most important national institutions, Shonaig is responsible for much of the country's magnificent heritage of architectural, scenic and historic treasures.

In her lecture, titled "To The Heart of Scotland", she will give an insight into the work that goes into preserving this heritage and highlight some of the country's key attractions.

The lecture takes place in the D'Arcy Thompson Lecture Theatre at the University Tower Building in Perth Road, Dundee. It begins at 6 pm, entry is free and all are welcome to attend.
