Insightful students rewarded

picture SHOWsN Andi Lothian presenting Vicky Todd and Gordon Brown with their prizes

Three students were today presented with prizes at the University of Dundee Enterprise Gym.

400 students who joined the Enterprise Gym this month were invited to enter a prize draw to win prizes such as an iPod and a £50 voucher. The lucky winners were presented with their prizes by Andi Lothian, Chairman of Insights Ltd. Andi, a former jazz musician, music publisher and television show host knows that to succeed you must continually push yourself.

The Enterprise-Gym is a programme running at the University of Dundee that trains students to be enterprising, professional and innovative. Through weekly enterprise events it uses the experience and knowledge of successful entrepreneurs to train its student members. The Gym is overseen by monthly forum meetings of its main staff, sponsors and coaches; and today’s was the last of this semester.

The Enterprise-Gym has recently been quoted as ‘Scotland’s best enterprise programme’ by the Scottish Institute for Enterprise and its new student members have a lot to look forward to, beginning with next semester’s first training workout. On the 18th of January Andi Lothian takes a fascinating session of inspiration, enterprise, motivation and juggling.
