Active Living

If you want to build some physical activity into your daily lifestyle, but never know quite where to start or are intimidated by the thought of going along to an exercise class, then the new Active Living programme being introduced by the Institute of Sport and Exercise may be just for you!

Active Living offers a variety of different opportunities for staff and their families to get active, ranging from Urban Ramblers health walks and the popular lunchtime Ceilidh Club dance class, to Aquanastics in the pool and the new Senior Circuits exercise class being introduced for older exercisers.

The emphasis in the Active Living programme is on fun, social, physical activity for ALL abilities - particularly those who are perhaps looking to revitalise their energy and physical activity levels. Further details can be found on the institute web site: http://www.dundee.ac.uk/sportexercise/services/activeliving
