Pills & Potions - Pharmacy in Tayside

A new exhibition on show at Ninewells Hospital shows how a visit to the local chemist has changed over the past century. Unique material from old chemist shops in Dundee and Tayside reveal the various ways that medicines have been made, sold and advertised through the years.

The Tayside Medical History Museum is jointly managed by the University Museum Services and NHS Tayside. To find the exhibition, turn left on entering the main hospital concourse and follow the blue carpet to the Medical School Foyer.
