Equality Matters

The University as part of its duty of care as an employer and service provider is serious about promoting equality and diversity issues but tackling and combating discrimination and inequalities is an issue for all sections of the University community, says Ajit Trivedi, Equality & Diversity Officer. Some of the steps being taken to deal with equality matters at the University are described on the following pages.
