David Middleton in the division of mechanical engineering and mechatronics has assembled a cube of polystyrene tiles made by students to represent their projects. The blocks, from a selection gathered over 25 years were designed by the students and machined to high precision using numerical control machining. The cube comprises 57 blocks of student projects.
