Work by contemporary Scottish artists Roderick Buchanan, Richard Blass, Graham Fagen, Michael Fullerton and Tony Nolan will be featured in the Scottish Arts Council-funded exhibition "To the Care of the British Empire" at Generator Projects from April 5.
Tony Nolan, a former DJCAD student and curator of the exhibition said, "All the contributing artists’ practices thematically examine cultural formers, engaging social, historical, political and generational influences reflected in contemporary identity. The curatorial vision for the exhibition could be interpreted as a cohesive installation, where the sum of the parts presents an overall holistic experience to the audience."
"To the care of the British Empire" runs until 18 May at Generator Project, Mid-Wynd, Dundee.
