Merger discussions

Representatives from two colleges in Natal, South Africa visited the University to hear of Dundee's experiences merging higher education institutions. The two colleges - ML Sultan Technikon and Tecknikon Natal are neighbouring colleges separated by a meter high picket fence. They have been discussing merger for ten years and hope to finalise their unification this year. Peter Evans, Robin Walker, Pamela Milne, Bill Barr, David Muir and Bryan Williams contributed to the discussions.
