TIK TAK TOK

photo of TikTakTok TIK TAK TOK is an artists exchange project between the visual research centre and the contemporary arts centre in Skopje, Macedonia.

A group of renowned Macedonian multi media artists will be travelling to the VRC to work with an interdisciplinary arts research team from Duncan of Jordanstone; Lei Cox, Kevin Henderson, Steve Flack and Paul Dignan. The overall theme of the project is 'counting time'. The exhibition in Centrespace will explore a range of media, mechanical, electronic, drawn, performed, sculpted and theoretical. They may tell the time of day or they may present their 'own' time.

There will be opportunities for students and the public to discuss the artworks, the exchange, and the experiences of the Macedonian artists during the exhibition. Funded by the British Council's visiting arts programme and Scottish Arts Council the exhibition opens on 16 February and runs until 10 March.
